This is truly a great product, and I’m really happy with it! I’ll be honest. The app was a bit frustrating at first. There’s a learning curve, especially when you’re figuring out how to navigate the features and get everything set up correctly. But once you understand how it works, it becomes super easy and straightforward. One thing that confused me in the beginning was trying to connect it to the Internet. I kept thinking something was wrong because it wouldn’t connect properly. But it turns out that’s just the way it’s designed, you don’t actually need the Internet at all to use it. Once I realized that, everything made a lot more sense and the setup went smoothly. After that, the product worked exactly the way it should. It’s reliable, fun to use, and does a great job once you understand how it’s meant to operate. If you’re patient during the first setup and take a little time to learn the app, you’ll have a great experience. Definitely recommend!

Does not work as described, designs and colors are not consistent and when you return it they will keep $349 restocking fee.

I was beyond excited to get this machine to print pictures on nails but I was very disappointed with this. There is a possible chance that your phone or device of choice can get a virus from using the application and the app requires you to turn on your location (creepy much). The application didn't come with anywhere near the amount of pictures/templates to choose from. There are only 9. And while their provided pictures come out clear, the photos from your phone looks so distorted and messy. They need to take the price from $600 to $50 without tax because this machine is definitely NOT WORTH $600+... Take this off the market asap!!!

The quality of the printing was horrible, And the tech support guy was totally rude. Said it was going to cost me twenty percent for a restocking fee even though the machine was defective. Which was have been a $139.

This is great little machine. The black doesn’t seem to come out as black as I would have hoped but looking forward to trying the clear print gel to see if that’s helps. Prints very clear for such a tiny canvas.

Doesn’t work when tried to get help from the company nothing was done $700 wasted. Doesn’t have tester strips for it. Says it’s printed but when u pull the nail out nothing is there!!!!! Would like to see if I can send this one back for another one

I only used about 20 times now they say it’s hardware issue, no replacement parts of course they buy from alibaba. I have to buy another printer. I paid $899 for this peice of crap. Now the prices have dropped so low in their ig. I wonder why. Acting like they want to make it affordable…. NOT
