The buttons and operation will take time to get used to. Other than that, the picture quality is only limited to how sharp your monitor is because on a 4k computer screen or tv, the video is probably better than the video you see from bank cameras that are shown on the news! Don't forget the night vision as well. Absolute crisp images (even though it's black-n-white). You can set it in "stealth mode" which mutes the button press beeps and turns off the lights on the round button, but this must be set each time you turn it on. This is a must-have for those in the private security business and for delivery drivers who get the occasional fraudster claiming an order wasn't delivered.Edit03-09-23 I've gone out on my delivery job with this camera running. I just wanted to say that the battery does not last the 11 hours like it say in the description. It's closer to 7 or 8 hours. I don't notice that it has shut off until I stop for my meal break. I will see if I can use a battery pack to keep it running while I work the rest of my shift.Something else I've noticed is that it gets hot on top of the device while it is recording. If I stop recording but leave it on standby, it cools down. If this is a flaw, I hope Losfom can discover the cause and put out an updated product. If it's due to use of the IR lights coming on more than needed, then a firmware update may be the answer. I'm not changing my rating, this camera is doing what I need it to do!Also, I recommend buying the magnetic camera mount! Go read my review on that item!

1st device I purchased was OK till start showing memory error thanks God I purchased the warranty . I filled the claim and got money refund in fewer days I decided to get another one same brand and model it turn to be worst the same day trying to set it up date and time it didn't show anything also it didn't come with the factory screen protector it didn't record anything trying pushing the record button didn't work ... returned the same day

The device is really nice and feels well constructed. The easy assess record buttton is big and easily located on the front of the camera for quick access which is critical. Hard to look for a tiny record buttton in a high stress situation. It is the only camera I have seen that has this. The recorded picture is really very good. Sound is very good. Battery life is very good. It will hold a charge through an 8 hour shift. That is CRITICAL as well.Now to the bad:Along with that big record button, it is difficult to actually know if you are recording. There is a small tactile vibration and that is it (Besides the light on the button blinking which you can't see becuase it is attached to your uniform. The vibration is small and it is hard to feel through a ballistc vest and uniform. There needs to be a louder audible sound or a voice telling you that recording has started and stopped. Speaking of stopping, it is very hard to get it to stop recording as well.The phone app is TERRIBLE! It is called Road Cam. It is asy enough to connect to your phone via wifi, but very difficult to see your camera footage. Most of what you actually see when you go into the app are videos uploaded by Chinese Taxi drivers. That is insanity and I should not be seeing that at all. I should ONLY be seeing what is on my camera and I fear that others can see my camera footage as well and this is very concerning. It is very hard to locate immediate camera footage for playback in an emergency and also, this footage from my camera that may be confidential in nature or very sensitive and used as evidence should NOT be able to be viewed by ANYONE on an App!The program on the computer needed to access and decode the GPS metadata does work well once you get it downloaded and unzipped. Like most of these items from China, the files are sent in an .rar format which them requires you to find a program like WinZip or something similar to actually be able to extract and unzip the .rar files to your computer since Windows and Mac will not be able to decipher those files. It is a very big headache to go through all of that. When you do get it downloaded and installed, you then have to play with the functions and guess which one controls the language to get the setting to English from Chinese. Not hard, but annoying.Overall, I am not saying this is a bad product. I' am saying it needs improvements in design before I would trust it to be used in the field for my safety. It is not worth the 165.00 price tag to be sure! I am sending it back and spending a little more on the Transcend Body 30.I hope that this helps a little.

This camera by far is one of the best body cameras it has Bluetooth capabilities which allows you to send the videos to your phone instead of having to do it the old fashion way with a laptop. Image is very clear. Only issue I had is the button fell off in the front but the customer service department was amazing in getting the issue resolved and very quick to respond to my issue.

1. The switching of IR mode to normal mode is ridiculously annoying however it can be turned off.2. You have to connect this thing via Wi-Fi. It’s weird but works.3. I wish the back female end clip was metal

The media could not be loaded. I been emailing support and they offered a replacement cam as they can't ship just a battery. Losfom Team-Kitty has been the one working with me. UPDATE. I received the replacement camera as it was a whole new camera. TY Great customer service.

I got this as I'm a armed security officer and my company told me to buy my own body camera. I've had this for a few weeks and it's frozen up on me a few times when I've needed it. I've also went to push the record button and it'll vibrate as if it is recording but it hasn't recorded anything. It also keeps turning off even though I have the auto off mode turned off so it should stay on. I also have the pre record option turned on to record 30 seconds prior to me pushing the record button and it doesn't even work most the time it either records right when I pushed the button or maybe only 5 seconds prior. I've had a horrible experience with it especially when I've needed it the most.
