this was a gift for my partner. i purchased an art file from a digital artist and had no trouble uploading it. I spent a good amount of time perfecting how it should look on the print by positioning it in the upload preview and was thrilled to see that it was exactly right when the print arrived.The print was clear and the colors were true.Also, for quality custom printing, this is remarkably fast, easy, and inexpensive. I would definitely do this again!

make sure you order the right size - we ordered a much larger size than we had thought - the print quality was excellent and clarity better than we could have expected for the size of print we ordered - we will be ordered a smaller version of the same photo that will fit our wall better
