UPDATE Sep 21: I still love this pillow, it's comfortable and so far only requires minimal beating up to retain it's shape - by now I'd have killed any normal pillow to the point where two will fit inside a standard pillow case, so it's also tough! Cool and comfortable to sleep on, I get minimal night sweats.My only gripe is obtaining more filling, which is promised free upon request from the manufacturer. I have tried numerous time only to be told "It's the shipping company, we'll send another pack." I have no idea it it really is the shipping company or not, but I have never received my filling, so the pillow - whilst one of the most comfortable I have used, is not quite 100%.I'd buy more, but definitely not waste my time asking for more filling again.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Arrived on time, flat packed and rolled up. After opening it needed some encouragement to start expanding then took around 30 mins to fill out. A bit more encouragement and I had a pillow that looked like it was advertised.Not quite as firm as I expected, the pillow was surprisingly supportive and amazingly comfortable. Would I add more filling? Probably but there's no immediate rush.With new pillows I would expect maybe a week of adjustment and a stiff neck, with this one I was out like a light and woke having slept like a log with no discomfort.I bought this to help alleviate the pain from arthritic cervical vertebra and collapsed discs. I am nowhere near to feeling even remotely disappointed. More will be purchased in the near future.

Absolutely fantastic. I was a bit uncomfortable to start off but once I'd taken some of the foam out it was spot on comfort offering great support. I slept better than I have in years. My head is always hot but with this pillow I wake up in the morning feeling comfortable and not overheated. I don't need to replump it several times a night or turn it over. It's like sleeping on a nice cool cloud.

I kept buying new pillows and none of them seemed quite right. These arrived yesterday and I am delighted. They are full, soft yet supportive and just seem to work with you. I'm going to take a bit of filling out and then I think it will be even better but it is still100 times better than my others just as it is. So pleased, excellent value for £

I have emailed the company twice and have had no reply. All i asked for is for these pillows to be replaced because my child could sleep on this and it is dangerous. There are sharp peices of plastic backed to the memory foam which make the pillow unusable and hazardous.I sent - “Can i have a replacement for the ones ive been sent, they have sharp peices of memory foam/ plastic inside which i am not willing to sleep on as it is DANGEROUS” to which i had no reply.DO NOT BUY

I have bought so many pillows due to migraine and neck issues but all have caused more pain or been too uncomfortable to use. This one, recommended by The Migraine Trust, is just brilliant. I had to take a fair amount of stuffing out to find my sweet spot but have kept it in case it starts to flatten a bit and needs more filling later. My husband tried the spare (you get two awesome pillows) and immediately ditched his beloved feather-filled pillow. We are converted!
