Great buy
These are a little wider than the restaurant pho I get but just as delicious. 7 minutes is the perfect amount of time to boil them. I made a big batch and added it to my soup broth throughout the week, worked perfectly

Unreasonably Priced
I have been buying this Viet Way Rice Noodle Sticks from Amazon for the last 4-5 years. They have always been priced high, but the sellers keep increasing the price more and more and the price it has been for the last three years has been way too unreasonable. Yeah, I know that there is inflation and the cost of groceries can increase over time. But right now, the (M) size noodles are $17.50 and the (S) size noodles are $20. I just did some searching online, and I found Rice Noodle Sticks (M) that cost $8 for three packs with free shipping on orders of $49 or more. And a minute later, I found another store that sells them even cheaper at $4.50 for three packs. Seriously, why would these sellers sell a three pack for $20 when you can get them online for $4-8? The price is way too outrageous. Not only that, but rice noodles and white rice pretty much have no nutrition at all. They only consist of carbs. If you were to eat other pastas like whole wheat spaghetti or even junk food instant ramen packs, you would be getting more nutrients and would pay around four times as less. Don't get me wrong. I like the taste of rice noodles, but I don't like paying an arm and leg for them when they aren't even that healthy and don't have any nutritional value. My recommendation? Buy these rice noodles from somewhere else. Don't let these third party sellers take advantage of you.

Tasty
I enjoy these noodles a lot. I usually follow the instructions in the package and they turn out great. When I want a soup I cook them and then add to a quick broth of whatever I have around. I like a broth of ginger, jalapeños, soy sauce, some bouillon and green onion for a tasty quick meal.

Yummy
Got these because of the Covid quarantine and tried to stay home to avoid getting it. We like it and have already used all of it and I plan to reorder it again. Be aware of the thickness of the noodles before you purchase.
