The ones that don't state spicy. There is a turkey and a beef that are mild. The spicy beef and spicy turkey are spicy. Not too hot though.

Q: What is the texture like? Are they firm like jerky or more mushy?

They are not firm like jerky. They are easy to bite into.

Q: How spicy are the spicy? My 5 year old saw these on his favorite kids show. I’d like try the variety pack for Christmas as stocking stuffers.

I love nicks sticks! Best tasting ones I’ve tried and I love the ingredients. The spicy is spicy. Maybe a little more than mild spice, my 2 year old tried it and didn’t like it. It’s worth a try and the regular isn’t spicy at all.
