Had three different massage chairs over the past few years and had various problems with them breaking down within the first year. That's one huge selling point about this massager – it comes with a two-year warranty, which can be extended to four years at no charge (once registered). That's seriously impressive! The massager itself is also good. Strong vibration and a really smart looking control unit – unlike the ones most of these massagers use. The material isn't as soft as others I've had and it's not so great on my leather car seat, as it doesn’t stay in place. That said, it would probably be ok on fabric car seats and it has some hooks, which I guess are designed to secure it, but I'm not clear what the hooks attach to. It’s also worth mentioning that the customer service from this company is great. They emailed me to confirm they’d extended my warranty and when I asked a question, they were quick to respond. I’m using this massager on a desk and armchair at home and it works a treat. So, with this review written, it’s back to the good vibrations on my chair and the sensational sound of The Beach Boys!

While it does seem to be effective, I had bought it to use on my office chair. It was too noisy use during meetings, phone calls etc and too uncomfortable to sit on with the massage function turned off. It was a nuisance to keep putting on to, and removing from, the chair. It has been relegated to use when my backpain gets to a point where I need it rather than using it to prevent pain.

I bought this electronic back-massager to replace one by another brand that had become faulty within the first 8 months - twice! What I've done is to place it in the driver's seat of my car and use the attached lead to run it from the cigarette lighter socket. It's not a bad little piece of kit and in particular I like the heated seat function - bearing in mind the cold snaps that we've been having recently. I can't really say anything about the 'Pain Relief' aspect of the apparatus because I'm not actually in pain. However, it does provide a soothing lower-back massage (in my case), which I find as I'm driving is quite reassuring. I'll give it say 6 months and if it's still working properly, then I'll buy another one for continued use in my house on my recliner chair.

The vibrations ar so weak they barely touch you. A mouse would not feel it. what a waste of money and utterly useless.It cuts out if you leave it on too long as well. Do not buy.

It is soooo soft to sit on you do feel the motors under the legs slightly. The vibration levels are really nice. The fact you can set individual motors running separately is a Massive Bonus. Not that keen on the program setting but it does not bother me anyway. Thanks to my wife for buying it for me.

Bought it for my partner as he is spending a lot of time in his car driving. He's feedback is that he loves it! 🤩Good idea for present 🎁

Lo compré para aliviar un problema de piernas inquietas por la noche y ha sido un acierto total. Según me empiezan a dar los espasmos me lo pongo encima o debajo de las piernas y ya puedo dormir. Tiene distintas posiciones y zonas y funciona perfectamente.
