Japanese Gold Curry

Finally a good Japanese Curry seasoning that allows me to make amazing gluten free curry! The recipe on the back was so flavorful! Will absolutely be buying again!

Delicious gluten-free eplacement for Japanese Curry bricks

My fiance is celiac and I was desperately looking for a roux for a Japanese curry that didn't have flour in it. I'm happy we found this! You thicken it with a cornstarch slurry and it tastes amazing. I love this so much.

The product itself is good and made a great curry. It’s not spicy at all and great for folks who are looking for a mild curry but I would suggest looking elsewhere. Why? Well you get 3 packs of 28g each which is not much. I used one whole pack to make curry that serves 4 people. The cost of $17 for a spice blend which is not organic seems way too high. I might be spoilt because I come from the land of spices and used to spices at low cost. However even the most popular Japanese curry roux on the market goes for $3+ for 3.2 oz which is more than the entire quantity you are getting in this spice pack. Just don’t think it is worth it. Unless you are strictly gluten free and can’t find anything else.

Was looking for a replacement for the gluten containing S&B Golden Curry mix my kids love. I followed package instructions the first time and added the catsup. Will delete that next time for a more authentic Japanese curry flavor. Used my Souper Cubes and froze them in blocks and packaged a block of curry and a block of rice in a quart freezer bag. Perfect lunch for work.

Im gluten intolerant and this Japanese curry is a god sent. The recipe is simple and the final product delicious. Even the picky eaters in my family like it.

Delicious and extremely flavorful. No MSG which is a blessing. Very nice Japanese style curry. Not that spicy but extremely spiced with flavor.

This is amazing!! Clean ingredients and incredible flavor. i use a tablespoon in beef and/or curry and sprinkle on as a seasoning on eggs.
