I absolutely love this ice maker, because it makes the perfect "slushy" type of ice. My fridge makes square cubes of ice that are big and hard to eat. This little ice maker makes pellet type of ice that is perfect for drinks and makes them into a slushy type of drink. I love to eat ice so this thing is perfect for me.Make sure you read the instructions, but you will want to make sure before using the machine that it stood upright for at least two hours. This allows the liquid for the motor to settle at the bottom of the machine where it needs to be.I did run the machine first before using any of the ice as it helps to make sure all the internal parts are clean. Once that cycled completed, I wiped everything down on the inside and filled with bottled water. The machine only took about 10 minutes, and it was producing ice. Usually, I just let the machine run until it's out of water and then bag up (included) the ice to put in my freeze to use for later.The ice maker does make some noise when running but it is not intrusive or bothersome. The machine does get warm and does need to push hot air out of the sides. So make sure you provide it with adequate air flow to not overheat the ice maker.Cleaning is a breeze, fill with some water and white vinegar and hold the start button for 15 seconds. This starts the self-cleaning cycle and will run for about 15 minutes. Once completed hold the unit over a sink and pull the rubber plug on the bottom to drain the water. I usually will wipe it down to help dry the machine and leave it sitting out and open over night to fully dry. You can also pop the lid off to clean the water channels as well.The ice maker is not light but can easily be carried around by the included handle. The machine seems to be very well built and should be pretty durable. My plan is to use this at home for drinks but also take it with us on our RV to be able to produce an abundance of ice compared to using the water trays you put in the freezer.I really wish I would have purchased one of these sooner at it really is a game changer for my drinks. I practically use this every day for iced coffee, water, or cocktails. If you like to eat ice or have slushy type drinks, you will love the ease and simplicity of this ice maker.

We originally purchased this icemaker in August, 2024 and have been very pleased with it. However, it started spraying water all over the place, we cleaned it and took the recommended steps, but that did not resolve the issue. I contacted the company, told them what is happening. They requested a video of what it was doing, and a copy of my purchase order from Amazon. I sent the video and the purchase invoice copy to them. They contacted me and said the icemaker had an issue and that they would replace it and send me a new one... the old one did not have to be returned either!. We received the new icemaker and I am very pleased with their product and excellent customer service.

This ice machine is overall really good, it makes ice pretty quickly! With a decent amount of ice storage for the price.But the reason I took a star off it because of the sensor that blocks the machine from making more ice when it thinks it is full:There’s a sensor on top of the Ice storage which helps the machine know when the ice storage is full.But if there’s a tiny square of ice that gets stuck on the sensor line; the machine stops making ice. Even if the storage is not full.If they could maybe put the sensor line higher? Or not make any space for ice cubes to get stuck on edge near it then it would be 5 stars.Otherwise on a positive note, I have been using it since 3 months and it is going strong

was delivered very quickly. Thus far I am very happy with my Ice maker compared to my prior one that crapped out after 6 months. Please follow the instructions prior to use. At first I was concerned the large cubes were kinda small. Ecozy followed up but it Is true the cubes get bigger after 3-4 cycles. I have to say It makes Ice quicker and allows more Ice In the basket than my prior Ice maker

LOVE! As the weather gets hotter we go through ice at a lightening speed! This machine makes ice so quickly and it doesn't melt right away. I purchased on sale, but to be honest I would have bought it full price. Can't be a sale! Very sturdy machine you can tell the durability is really good due to it not being made of plastic. Spend the money on this machine so you are running to the store for ice! It holds a large quantity of water also so you aren't always filling it.
