Better than I thought
I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdier this mic arm is compared to how it looks. I actually got this for my Blue Yeti X which is one of the heavier mics out there, but it holds even that with ease. Installation very simple, put the clasp on the desk then seat the arm over it and done. Adapter is included to fix the mic onto the arm and fit my Yeti X.4 star only because it doesn't have a solution for cable management, I got away with coiling the mic cable around the arm to make it look tidy but some clips would've been handy.

This boom arm is -- Strong-easily removeable/moveable- very flexible as it can be use by other brands like elgato mics

Great Mic Stand
I use this with the HyperX Solocast. My partner uses the (far more expensive) PSA1, and I wanted a similar set up for myself. I was worried that this cheaper alternative would not be sturdy enough, but it has been a really great addition to my desk. The Hyper X sounds much better with this arm when compared to the stand it came with. The fact that it fits in with my all-white set up is nice too! Highly recommend!

Pretty good
Firstly, this is not a branded extending arm as this ad would make you believe. That said, despite the shonky generic boxing its actually OK. You need a pretty deep overhang/shelf to fit it on and keep it secure. The whole thing seems well made. Essential to fixing the mic to the stand it the adaptor which comes in the box so don't lose it. Make sure you put the extending arm into the camp the correct way up! I did it upside down and spent 20 mins searching for a part which I'd put in the clamp by mistake.

Does what it's made to do
Grate mic holder but if you knock it slightly the sound will Be heard on the other end. But easy to assemble and use
