Good safe. Lovely design Not massive but big enough for what you're average person would need Easy to set a pass code just follow instructions

The safe did not function correctly from first use. One of the overide keys has jammed in the lock rendering the safe useless. I would not recommend this product. This was a £130+ purchase and after multiple communications the company offered me a £20 refund and asking if I could get a local "mechanic" to repair the faulty item. This is the worst customer service on AMAZON MARKETPLACE that I have ever experienced.

The safe was delivered earlier than planned and arrived well-packaged and undamaged which I was really pleased about having previously had large items delivered (not through this company) that arrived damaged. It looks good and is great value for the price. I wanted a safe that was too heavy to be carried with ease in case it was stolen as I'm using it as a freestanding safe, not attached to a floor or wall. At 23kg it more or less fits my requirements and it also has an internal lockable compartment for personal items in case you need to give someone access to the safe contents without them having access to your more personal items. My only complaint is that the instructions could be a little more clear. Having read them 3 times I still couldn't figure out how to unlock the safe with the new passcodes I set. I eventually figured it out through trial and error and watching a YouTube video. However, the product itself deserves five stars.
