I got this as a recommendation for Amy’s Meyers autoimmune protocol. It caused bloating and didn’t muscle test well. I found out it has probiotics like fiber in it and then it’s really not good for me at this stage in the protocol. I’m not sure why she put it in her protocol. Edit: changing rating. they reached out several months later and offered a refund. Very helpful.

I had to try it because I needed a lot of high-quality probiotics after my successful C. Diff treatment, so I was not looking at the price. It is an excellent brand but pricey. Since then, I have discovered more affordable brands.

These made me so ill. Because apparently I have MCAS. By ill I'm referring to insomnia, joint pain, mood swings, gastritis, ulcers, and GERD. No I don't have SIBO. So while I can't use these internally I do however use them externally. I have a candida facial rash and I use these for this. I open up the capsules, mix in water, and smear it over my face and have flawless skin because of it.

This high-quality probiotic helped heal and rebalance my gut after struggling for nearly a year with IBS-D. This probiotic, in combination with the low-FODMAP diet and Candida diet, was more effective than all other probiotics and lifestyle changes I've tried. An added bonus is that it doesn't require refrigeration, which is incredibly convenient for traveling. It's a little expensive but worth the price, IMHO, especially if you're struggling with major digestive issues.

I trust Dr Amy Myers. If you have the extra money, spend it. She won’t cut corners. I love this probiotic, but I am finding similar items from reputable companies for better prices.

I received my packet today, however when i viewed the back to see the ingredients i saw that they do not contain the same ingredients. The description online states 14 strains, i received only 4 strains. It also does not have the exact description on what i recvd in the mail. I will try. However i dont think they should advertise something that they do not actually provide.
