ROADFORMER 2.5 inch exhaust Clamp 2 1/2 Lap Joint Exhaust Band Clamp Preformed Aluminized Steel

Well made, perfect fit on a lap joint. Used it to clamp a 2-3/4" ID to 3" OD adapter onto a 2-3/4 OD tailpipe on a 2025 Ford Transit 350HD.

My muffler got some rust and it eventually opened up a little about half way around my muffler pipe at the flex pipe. I tried a couple different things (fiber wrap, tiger patch, both are garbage), I thought I was going to need to remove the section and cut out the flex pipe and replace it with one a few inches longer to get rid of the blown out section. Then I saw this coupling, I thought I would give it a try and it was super easy to install, it grabbed hold of the pipe tight AF and this product worked. I now have a quiet car again and don't have to worry about getting a ticket any longer! This is a great product and just for the record, I am not being compensated in any way by anyone to rate this product. This is a coupling is a class A product for repairing a damaged muffler. 10/10 Works like a champ!!

This is made well and functions well it is easy to use, be careful with sizing regarding interior diameters exterior diameters etc., you won’t have much wiggle room. Not sure if you get a tight enough seal that no exhaust will leak but certainly can bring two pipes together effectively

They seemed the work very well and were well made. Time will tell on the rough roads the vehicle it is on if it will hold up. Seemed to just run out of thread on the bolts before I got them as tight as I wanted. All in all not bad for the price.

So this thing was super easy to install. You have to keep tightening a little past where you think it's good enough. The metal is actually kinda soft and will from onto your exhaust as long as its on decent shape, creating an airtight seal. Would buy again if I needed it.

Was a good clap when installed, but if this is what you’re expecting a clamp to look like after 4 years, this is what you get.

I had not quite enough engagement between my turbo down-tube and the exhaust pipe on my 1997 Dodge Ram diesel and the fit kept coming apart. I wasn't expecting to find something made specifically for this problem, but If I could dream up the perfect fix for my problem this was it. It took less than 5 minutes to install. The material is the same gauge as the exhaust pipe itself. I appears it will last.
