I had a very disappointing experience with Activa. Their technical support is ineffective—the support number is almost always engaged. After completing a detailed complaint form, I was informed that they do not offer home service. Although the product comes with a warranty, customers are required to buy spare parts and arrange repairs through local technicians themselves.
