Crabby Bug Blend Natural Hermit Crab Food – Crickets, Mealworms & Sprouted Veggies – 28g – Snout and Shell

One of my three crabs is extra into this food blend. He'll come eat some, disappear for a few, then return. It has a lot of variety in it and adds some differentiation to their diet so they don't get bored. I really like this blend and other blends from this brand as well.

My hermit crab loves this food the most. It’s pretty adorable how he literally scampers to the food when I pour this in everyday.

The media could not be loaded.  The bug blend:3⭐️It’s alright! If my hermits loved to eat bugs, I think this would be a great product! There are full bugs like mealworms and pupa, alongside a good mix of peas, carrots and seed. My hermits didn’t even touch the bugs, but munched up the veggies and seeds! I guess my hermies are more vegetarian than omnivorous.I have a small/medium and medium sized hermit living together and neither of them ate it. There is a good amount of product in the bag, so I think if they ate all of the ingredients, it would last 3-4 weeks! I refilled every 1-2 days with a very small scoop (1/2 tablespoon?).The rose gold blend: 5⭐️They LOVED this blend. There are whole flowers, petals, corn and seeds in this blend. They tore apart the flowers and ate whole kernels of corn. This bag will last me a while (I’m guessing 4 weeks if I only refill when I notice their dish is empty). I only give about 1/2tblsp at a time and they don’t eat it all in 24 hours. This is also keeping in mind that I also give other foods (hermit crab pellets, fresh fruit). When I run out, I will definitely buy again.

I never thought I would be so invested in the dietary preferences of a crustacean but here I am writing a review for Hermit crab food. My son came home from a vacation with grandparents over a year ago with a hermit crab, since then I have become the person who takes everyone’s unwanted hermit crabs. The community crabitat has been very active since introducing this food a couple of months ago. I have yet to find a more preferable collection of dead bugs, grains and dried vegetation. They have been very active and we’ve even seen 2 molts. As a bonus the petals in it are also very aesthetically pleasing.

I bought this for my crabbies and they seem to love it. I think they especially like the little like shrimp things. I do have it paired with another type of food so they have variety. Definitely would buy again! Planning to try some other flavors from this brand!
