As someone with IBD, this was recommended to me by my Gastroenterologist, and it seems to work very well. An effective probiotic. It is always my go to strain when I have GI distress. I don't encounter bloating with it or stomach pains. Whenever I get put onto antibiotics I make sure to take these to keep everything in check as well. I find it helps me with diarrhea, constipation and gas. It is priced slightly above other probiotics but this strain is trademarked and well studied in peer reviewed journals to be effective.
