I’ve been using Align Probiotic Extra Strength and I’m very satisfied. It helps me maintain regular digestion and feel lighter after meals. It’s easy to take and doesn’t cause any discomfort. Effective, evidence research backed probiotic
An effective probiotic. It is always my go to strain when I have GI distress. I don't encounter bloating with it or stomach pains. Whenever I get put onto antibiotics I make sure to take these to keep everything in check as well. I find it helps me with diarrhea, constipation and gas. It is priced slightly above other probiotics but this strain is trademarked and well studied in peer reviewed journals to be effective.

Does the work
This probiotics medicine does the work! My dad had been having issues with his digestion system and it was really slow for him to recover. With the prescriptions and this medicine, he finally mostly recovered. Highly recommend it!

Expensive
Too expensive! You need to take 6 per day per my doctor to be effective. This bottle only covers a few weeks
