Works excellent with giving energy however it will leave you with an after taste sometimes. I felt one to two max a day was good however I’m a decent eater when it comes to healthy options. So it often made my urine yellow. I do like that it contains my insintol however the amount is very low that I don’t feel the full benefits.

They seemed high quality. However a serving is 3 pills which makes it very expensive

Metagenics, PhytoMulti Capsules.
I use these vitamins per my dietician and they're quite easy to take. They do have bit of a taste that isn't pleasant but they provide me with all the vitamins and minerals. I need for the day.
