Perfect post op dressing for a large horizontal incision on the abdomen. The silicone prevents the skin from unintentional movements while padding a raw open wound. I showed my surgeon post op after I learned of this, it is a game changer, mist have. You can also wash the foam in the washer for co tinted post op usage after being sterile is not a focus. This product is $$' which is why my surgeon doesn't offer it. My last surgery I ordered it last minute and it arrived the day of my surgery. I changed my post op dressing when I arrived home to this foam ( silicone does not stick to wound incision) and the discomfort immediately was lessened. My physician noted how well my incisions heal with this product. High price point but really worth it.

Arrived on time in perfect condition

The adhesive on the pads was disappointing. Prior pads (same manufacturer) could be reapplied multiple times without losing the stickiness. These pads hardly stuck with the 1st use. Making them ineffective for smooth compression.

I love the silicone based epi foams good for after post lipo SX I like these better that the regular epi foams.

Replaced the pad that I was given at the doctors office with this one. Much more comfortable and washable. Reviewed it with the surgical staff and they may be switching.

Liked the comfort of padding. Disliked the beading of the sticky silicone. Best to cut to size needed.

I give it 3 because of the adhesive on the back, after using it starts to get very dirty and the adhesive starts to sick to places and skin bed and carpet.
