3M 1870 mask Pack of 20 Individually Wrapped 3 Panel Flat Fold Design Allows for Facial Movements Comfortable

I was struggling to pass my mask-fit tests required for my healthcare job, but this mask passed perfectly! It fit snugly and comfortably on my face. I was able to breath comfortably but also be adequetely protected.

I'm giving them 5 stars because they do what they are intended to do. They fit snugly and keep the gems at bay. The quality is good and they are durable. Having said that, they are a little tough to breath through. However, if you need this level of protection, they work.

actually it is 120 in the box, not 20, and for that price it's a bargain. A bit challenging to set up but okay. fits well and is comfortable. . It's intended for one time use in medical environment. In other environment you can reuse it but maybe just once, the straps will tear. As far as fogging goes I have not seen a mask yet which would not cause some fogging in a cool environment but I mostly wear contacts so it's a non issue.

These fit well and create a solid seal. Plenty of room between mouth and mask for comfort. They come individually folded and wrapped so you can leave a few in the console of your car and pull them out when needed. They stay clean and fresh. I have purchased these several times. Highly recommended.

I've started wearing these 3m aura 1870 n95s regularly to replace honeywell bifolds (which are now my backup) and they're exceptionally good. I have asthma and am pretty out of shape and it was no problem for me to wear one for an entire rock climbing class.They do sorta smell like rubberband when you first put them on, but they are by far the most comfy and affordable masks I've had. They are also certified for medical use. The foam on the bridge of the nose feels almost like silicone and doesn't irritate my skin, which has been an issue with other n95s. The shape of the mask makes it easy to wear glasses while maintaining a good fit.

I tried this mask on and it was a bit tight. My daughter who is in nursing school has smaller face and can wear it. The reason I am suspect that this is a 3M 1870 copycat are the following reasons: no paperwork included from 3M stating that is the Aura1870+ and no singular boxes (just all the single masks individually wrapped and placed in a large Amazon box), the 3M logo isn't centered on the mask, all 140 masks have the same lot number on the individual packaging, the cushion on the nosepiece is thicker and smells bad compared to the legit 3M 9205 (which is centered on the mask). A very good copy mask but I don't believe it's the "real deal." Price is good, but it almost seemed "too good to be true" and now I know why. Could this have originated in China? I am going to call 3M to see if these are the real deal as if don't know where they originated from, do you want 140 of these masks on your face?

This is the healthcare version of the 3M Aura N95 design, discernible by the red rubber straps. It arrives individually packaged flat and has a strong odor when you initially open it (I let them air out for a few days before using). The front piece is relatively stiff and curves around to form the sides when worn. The top and bottom are more flexible. The top has a foam backed wire (or something stiff) to make a good nose seal (directions say use both hands when molding the seal). The bottom tucks under your chin, but tends to slip forward loose with an air gap if you are talking a lot (there’s a tab to pull it back under your chin).No N95 is perfect, but this one is pretty good. Easier to breath through than most, good enough nose seal that my glasses don’t fog completely, lies flat so it can be stored easier. Better than the others I’ve used. Just need to pull the chin tab tight periodically.

As an RN for 18yrs, these masks offer superior protection. They are meant to be "Fit-tested", used by medical professionals, and Not donned for a 1 size fits all. The mask does have an odor as these are meant to be Sterile for Operating Room use. Please follow the directions for use and practice, practice, practice proper Donning & Doffing of the mask.P.S. No Surgeon has a Beard (Not able to maintain a sterile field) unless they use the DaVinci Robot (they don't have to be in the OR Suite during the surgery).
