California Costumes Women's Voodoo Magic Costume

Ordered for a Halloween party. Got it 3 days earlier than expected and it was well packaged. Haven't worn yet, but I love this costume!😀 I would suggest ordering your regular size. I normally wear a large but I got xlrg just to be on the safe side. I love the way the coat fits. Im 5'9 and it touches the floor in the back. The vest is stretchy and a little too big, but I will make it work! The skull fell off the belt, but nothing a little glue couldn't fix. The hat is in 3 pieces and fastens with velcro. Easy to put together. Be careful if u wear a wig, though, because it may not fit. Will add photos and update review after Halloween party.😁 UPDATE: Costume was a hit!! Had to make a few alterations, but it worked out nicely. The buttons didnt line up with the button holes so I removed them and put them on correctly. Gave it a good steaming. Used a different wig and added stuff to it. Used a cane instead of the one in the sellers photo. Did my best with the face paint!😆 Also added the eyes!!😁 Again....the best Costume ever!! Loved it!!❤❤

Absolutely 👍🏻 impressed with the quality. The hat comes in three pieces and goes together easily. So don’t worry about it being flat. It looks amazing. I usually wear a small but I’m glad I got a medium. The shoulder pads really help make it look it’s best. I couldn’t be happier with the costume.

The costume did not disappoint!! The size was a bit smaller then expected.. I wish they would have more sizes to choose from. The accessories that came with it was awesome.

Cons 1. The middle button hole came sewed close which is not a huge deal, just annoying 2. Small tear in the collar part 3. Material seems cheap? but maybe it will feel nicer after being washed Pros 1. Bought large, fit perfectly. I usually wear US 12-14 2. Great detail in the overall design I am more concerned about it fitting well and the colours matching the picture form Amazon than the small tear and closed button hole so its a win for me.

This costume is a very good value! It comes with enough to build on - vest, top coat, top hat, scarves, belt and necklace. It's very wrinkled but once ironed, it looks great. I had to trim loose threads but nothing major. I made my own "staff" and dread wig but once everything was together, it was a hit! You even get a basic instruction sheet for makeup, but I practiced and tweaked it to my own preference. Great costume, highly recommend. For reference, I'm 5"2, 145 and the medium fit perfectly.

This item runs VERY small. I’m a size 6 and purchased a medium just to be safe. I couldn’t get the jacket on with both arms, too tight. I loved it, other than the size

I think this is a great bargain for the money! Just opened the package to try on since I ordered a small (was concerned about sizing). The vest fit fine.... it’s a pull over made of thin slightly stretchy material.... I’m a 34c bra size and still had room for more boobs if I had some. My waist is 28 -29 inches. This was my saving grace with the coat.....1-2 more inches and I would not have been able to button the coat. I’m a pear shaped big booty girl (hip 41”) so the openness of the coat tail was perfect (and why chose it). The tail comes lined with petti coat material to plump hips and booty but it’s too much for me since I’m naturally thick so I might cut it out. The top hat comes in 3 pcs that you have to assemble. Looks good once you put it together. If you are a heavy handed, rough, clumsy type of personality..... you might tear this costume up just putting it on. But I’m meticulous and precise with things so not a problem for me. Comes with DIY makeup instructions booklet. You can buy the makeup from dollar tree. Monkey hand necklace (plastic beads, hand strung on a stretchy band) Bones strung on a stretchy band to be worn around hips. 2 sashes to tie around hips 2 sashes to tie around hat.
