I would not use on painted surface.

Yes, the directions say you can use the cleaner before and after the restore. But wait 24 hours after the restore is applied

Q: Is this same as rejuvenate cabinet/furniture restorer that comes with the mitt? Is this spray bottle easier to apply without making a mess everywhere?
