Only plays on one side
I purchased this product because it was a Pioneer product, and I assumed that because they make great controllers they make good headphones as well. Boy was I wrong.From the moment I connected these headphones to my controller, I could only hear audio from one side. I tried this out on my laptop to make sure, and once again, only one side. I paid $100 for an amazing product, and instead my $10 gaming headphones are doing a better job. Absolute disgrace.
