Small portion controlled packs of nuts and dried fruit to eat alone or add to your favorite salad, oatmeal, cereal. They are unsalted and contain macadamia, cashew, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cranberries and raisins. Very precise in how the nuts and fruit are distributed throughout each individual bag, for instance- you get 10 percent cranberries, raisins and pistachios, 15 percent macadamia's, cashews and walnuts and 25 percent almonds. There must be a science to how they're dished out. All the nuts are gluten-free, vegan, contain no artificial colors or sweeteners and no peanuts. You get 24 packs of the nuts, each containing 0.71 ounces. 111 calories per bag, 10 grams fat, 1 gram saturated and the nuts have all the other vitamins and nutrients in them. They taste natural and delicious but the packaging is a bit hard to open. I think they should have used easier bags to open. Other than that, they're a tasty healthy snack to be eaten alone or added to your favorite dish.

These nuts are great! They are unsalted and there's a large variety of kinds of nuts. Each package is a single serving, which is good because if they were all in a jar or something, I would eat too many! Buy a box. You won't be disappointed.
