Recently bought to take to placement with me as a student midwife, its lightweight, nice in colour and does the job.

I was looking for a durable, high-quality, reusable water bottle for daily use – everything from taking on dog walks with our Boxer to just having in the car. This one from Smash is excellent in terms of its build quality and design.The bottle feels very well-made. The stainless steel is solid, and it feels like a premium, durable product that will last. The best feature is the flip-top lid with the built-in straw; it's genuinely leak-proof, easy to use with one hand, and the integrated carry handle is very convenient. It does everything you'd want a high-quality drinks bottle to do.The only thing for buyers to be aware of (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that this is a single-walled bottle, not an insulated flask. My only personal wish is that it could keep drinks colder for a bit longer, but it isn't designed or marketed to do that. As a straightforward, stylish, and robust container to carry your drink in, it performs perfectly.Verdict:Overall, this is a fantastic, high-quality drinks bottle that I would happily recommend. It's stylish, robust, and perfectly functional. As long as you know you're buying a bottle for everyday hydration rather than a thermal flask to keep drinks cold for hours, you won't be disappointed. A solid 4-star product.

Great bottle and keeps cold :) I take it everywhere with me!Only leaked once but I didn't screw it on properly so it was my fault :)

I had high hopes for this water bottle, but unfortunately it hasn’t lived up to expectations. Even when I add ice, my drinks don’t stay cold for long – within an hour or two, it’s back to room temperature. The insulation just doesn’t seem to work well. On top of that, the straw keeps coming loose, which is frustrating when I’m trying to take a quick sip or use it on the go. Overall, not worth the price. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for something reliable.

Not as effective at keeping water cool as double-walled bottles. I was wondering why it was so cheap! Ho hum. It will suffice as my after-lunch drink during this heatwave. If it stays in the staff room fridge from the night before then it should be ok. Why did you choose this product over others?:Low price and colour choice
