its a great pillow for people like me who sleep on their side/stomach/face and unfortunately laying that way squishes your ear piercings/gauges. I got this to help combat that since i stretch my ears and would like to keep my plugs in while during a stretch.the pillow is a soft suede/microfleece like material, idk how to describe it, it's very silky soft. And it's stuffed pretty well and doesn't sag when you lay on it with your full weight. it also has a zipper opening if you want to stuff it with more stuffing to your liking, so you don't have to rip it open and destroy it.the ear hole opening is a very nice universal size I think. it supports your face/head quite well while also providing enough space for your ear to rest through comfortably.

Got it for my ears and it helped my neck, too. Totally recommend.
