Worked great for a month of daily use, then the mist/scent stopped working. Tried taking apart but beyond cleaning the straw which was not blocked, seemed like a chance of breaking the entire device. Can't find customer service contact to help resolve.

Ordered my diffuser in may, worked wonderfully and made a medium size room smell good ! It did stop working around October , although I cleaned the diffuser but I contacted customer support and they assisted me with a new diffuser ! Super helpful , will repurchase again

I was contacted by customer service and they worked with me and sent out a new device. I appreciate their prompt attention and in rectifying the situation quickly. Keeping my fingers crossed that this new one lasts longer.

I have a puppy that visits me regularly. The fragrance covers the puppy and cooking odours.

It stopped working just after the return window closed. Very overpriced for how little use I got out of it. Doesn’t have a timer option so you have to monitor it. Used way too much essential oils so that they were all gone very quickly. Oil tank is far too large.
