Delivery was very fast. Exact replacement part and very easy to install. Instructions are very clear. No problems.

Not much to say. It's easily explained how to install them and once installed they feel great. However, my experience wasn't very fun. It was difficult to remove the old pads even with the tool. Once removed, the new pads where very snug fit or might be a bit too large (The frame) I had to use a lot of tools and methods to seat the frame and snap it into place. Just be careful when installing the new pads. Try not to tear or separate the pads from the frame when snapping them back in especially if you need some tool to help you get them in. As with me I made a small tear on the bottom of mine. Not a huge issue just super glued it back to keep the tear from getting worse. I might have just been unlucky with mine in that the frame part was just slightly too large. But still got them installed and works great.

Similar to what others feedback, they are quite a pain to install due to the thicker than original mounting ‘ring’. Otherwise, these ear pads are perfect replacements! They look, feel and perform exactly like genuine parts. I would highly recommend this product, and would definitely buy again!

I've changed these twice in the last three years. They do wear out quickly from daily use (like 2 years for a pair) but they're super cheap and easy to fix. No complaints whatsoever.

Produit conforme à la description, identique aux oreillettes originales vendues avec le casque Boose (même apparence, même confort, facile à installer). Mes oreillettes étaient en piètre état. Après remplacement, mon casque est comme neuf. A part le petit souci de livraison (le produit a été livré à un autre point que celui indiqué dans la commande sans que j'en ai été informée), je recommande le produit.

I’m not quite sure why there are bad reviews about this product. Its either they do not install it carefully and ripped it themselves (it comes with an easy-to-follow instruction manual), or the item just comes as faulty (which I believe you can get them to resend you a new one). But you can see the from the pics I took, the pad quality is great, it feels just like the original one. Installation is fairly easy, doesnt take me more than 2 mins. Been wearing it for 6hrs straight after installation and noise cancellation is still perfect and its actually even more comfortable than the original pads. Worth every cent. 100% recommended.
