This was an excellent quality mini band. I've bought many of the elastic bands in the past that have snapped and needed to be replaced after a few weeks. Will definitely be adding to the other resistance levels to my collection.

I use for exercise. I liked it very much.

Purchased this set of bands after the gym I belong to used this brand. The one I had was durable and long enough that my band lasted me a year. But yes it is made of rubber and does have a shelf life. Proper care would give you many uses.

This is my favorite brand of exercise band. I’m a personal trainer so I go through a lot of bands. The comfort of use (doesn’t dig into skin) and the functionality are amazing. This is my go-to at-home exercise band.
