It's--Fish oil!
This is a rather small bottle of average fish oil. There are 60 softgels, 2 per serving, so these will last you a month. The capsules are large, rather hard, and dark green. A bit hard to swallow and the color is off-putting. Otherwise: It's fish oil.

Works for me
Had some shoulder joint and upper arm pain for a couple of months. Started taking this and pain reduced significantly, almost eliminated. Pain went away in about a week. Taking 1 pill daily. It is a large capsule but swallows easily. No problems with aftertaste.

I purchase this for husband. He has tried other pain relievers. He wants GNC Triple Strength Fish Oil for Joint Pain ordered ahead of time to make sure he doesn’t run out.

No fish burps!
I was really nervous to start taking Fish Oil, but am glad I tried this one. The pills are large, but still easy to swallow for me since they are shaped well. I've been taking this for over a month now, and am reordering 2 months worth this time since I'm so pleased. Never had fish burps from this!
