The tool was a lot larger than I expected, and the handle was rather awkward from an ergonomic standpoint; imo that made this very uncomfortable to use. I also found that because of the shape, the tip tends to get too much eyeliner on it which makes it harder to get a fine, precise line on the inner corner of the eye.I did not care for the quality of the included eyeliner (it irritated my eyes), but i primarily purchased this for the applicator. So I tried it out with my L'Oreal Paris Infallible Lacquer Eyeliner and application was a bit better but the tool is just lacking as far as precision, ease of use, etc. The tip was hard to clean even with make up remover, and it did start to become a bit stained even tho i immediately cleaned it after each use. I usually use black eyeliner, so ymmv.Unfortunately the applicator does not glide on the eyeliner as smoothly as the videos I have seen. Of course there may be a learning curve to using it - I did try it out for 10 days, and practiced with it quite a bit the first few days - but I've been putting on eyeliner for over 30 years and imo you can't beat a good angled eyeliner brush for precision and glide.I decided to give this a try because I have lupus and rheumatoid arthritis and some days my hands are not as great as others so I figured this would be a good solution for me, but alas it did not prove to be so.If you are looking for a good set of eyeliner brushes I bought this set from Amazon and I am really pleased with them. Easy for seniors to use

This did not come with eyeliner cream; it came with eyeBROW cream and the side of the box said free product. I tried it anyway and the cream did not set. An hour after application I could wiipe it off with my finger. I do like the applicator though, but it's useless without eyeliner cream. Dissapointed and will return.

Holy Cow! So easy to line my upper lid with this tool! I got it perfect first try. I didn’t realize the silicon tip would be so gift but that’s what makes application easy. 5stars for the tool. Came with BROW cream in great colors but not cream liner. I use Smashbox and E. L. F. Cream liner. It smudges on my hand but I’ll make use of it.
