It works very well with 3 different lighting modes and the timer that can be set up to an hour. Very beautiful if you were to leave it out on your end table or night stand. Very modern look.

I love this this lamp. It’s discreet, and the style is amazing. I’ve been using it every day for the past -Eurodollar and I have not been having as many symptoms of SAD. I do wish the cord was longer, but I added an extension. The shape and design make it worthwhile because other lamps look horrible and are eye sores. This lamp is just as strong, and has enough kinds of light modes and ranges for me.

Small, light, portable. Great for light therapy but looks like home decor

I got this light last year when it was super gloomy and the sun was never out. It was nice and definitely helped brighten the room I was in and put me in a better mood. I would have realistic expectations for what you're getting though because it's not like its the sun in the room with you but it does help take away some of the gloom on the gray days.

LOVE this lamp! I love the stylish design, and I love that it is lightweight, portable and easy to set up. Feels sturdy in spite of being lightweight. It’s easy to move around the house with me as I don’t always spend time in the same place every morning (though I did just buy a second light to help with that!). I’ve tried so many other lights and ultimately returned them because they were just too ugly and space inefficient for my home. Have just started using it, starting to feel a little peppier in my step and life. Since its not a total eyesore in my home I will use it long enough to see how I feel long term. ——- UPDATE 2025-06-23 I’ve been using this light solidly for a month and a half and it is life changing! I’m happy, I no longer require naps, I wake naturally earlier and sleep earlier (which was a goal of mine). The change has been so significant I even recommend this for people who may think they get enough light - I didn’t realize the significant impact this has on our well being. Unless you’re completely drenched in light all day you may not be getting enough light. Highly recommend this very stylish, sturdy, lightweight light.

I got this specific sun lamp for the several brightness settings, and design. It is much more interesting to look at than the tablets. It was worth the extra 15+ compared to the others I looked at because of this. I decided to get a sun lamp since I live in an area where it gets dark at 4pm and during Nov-Mar it makes me feel very tired, unmotivated, and generally more depressed than usual. I hesitated for many years because I doubted it would work, but it works great. It takes a few days to feel the full effects, I use mine for an hour or two each day. It definitely lightens the room and makes me feel less crummy when I miss going outside for some sun. I have been using it to wake up, and it works great. It also helps my pet parrots. It is very bright, sometimes too bright on the lowest setting. My picture is the highest. I have the same complaint about the sun as well, if it wasnt so bright it wouldnt work. I will definitely use it in the summer as well, because I have a sun sensitivy/allergy and do not always want to deal with the rashes. This doesnt give me rashes, and it seems to wake me up and keep me more awake than the sun. It doesn’t get too hot, which I like.

The bulb was too white for me. There were variations on the color, but I wanted a warmer glow.
