Crosse & Blackwell Chow Chow Piccalilli Mustard & Pickle Relish, 9.34 oz

This was very well packed and to me the best chow chow. It tastes like how my Grandmother made it. Except the veggies inside were much more plentiful in the recipe of the past.. but its still more flavorful than other Piccalilli products which to me are all too sweet. It's a sharp taste which is what I want and a real winner in my book !

Hard to find condiment that was very tasty and brought memories of my youth.

This is no longer available. I enjoyed it my whole life on pasties, now I must make my own.

Was looking for the chow chow I ate as a child with my British grandfather, not quite it. That being said it’s very good .

This items was a Christmas staple in most homes of my childhood in the Virgin Islands. Now it is something that one has to find in a Gourmet Store or online. On Christmas morning with breakfast it was usually ham and eggs and that had to have Chow Chow. For me ham always needs that mustardy tart condiment. Now I order it from Amazon and it's in my refrigerator waiting for me to make a ham sandwich, a breakfast like dad made. I love it. Never want to be without it.

I threw it away because all I tasted was vinegar.

UPS Really screwed up delivery. Partly my fault but they were VERY difficult to work with. Seller was fine. This was a gift and the receiver was so delighted because she had not been able to find this in Montana.
