I just got them two days ago so no time to give them to granddaughters, but the product is packaged very colorfully and appealingly. I do have confidence that the markers will perform as well as past Ooly purchases have.

Great, relatively neat, easy to use “markers”. They work great drawing at an easel or working on a craft. Caps are tight and easy to roll up more “crayon” as you go (think a deodorant that you roll up to use). Six and Three year old granddaughters love them.

I've never tried water color crayons and didn't know what to expect. I hated everything I made with these.... BUT! It taught me to enjoy the journey more and worry less about the end destination. I found it very calming to work with these. With each scribble, liked how creamy it became on the paper. It was interesting to play around with how much water was needed and how the way you move the brush could create different effects. I'd say they'd pretty non smear after you add the water and let them dry. They feel sturdy and weel made. I think they're a good size for kids hands. Not too big that it's clunky, and not so skinny that it's hard to hold. Overall, I'm glad I tried these.

Love these but man are they messy. Be sure to buy them for older kids. My five year olds wrote on the furniture and pushed so hard the crayons were gone in a day.

Such a great coloring item. They go on so smoothly and are so easy to use as a water color. They do not seem to dry our quickly. They are a great value for what they cost.
