This is a good kettle. The shape is perfect for a small pourover coffee and it is light weight. The interface is a little weird, and if you don't turn it off before lifting it and putting it back, you will hear a lot of beeps which is annoying - there is no 'permanent' mute. It also doesn't remember what temperature you last used when turning on, so you need to look at a rather small number and scroll to select each time. Then, if you want it to keep warm that's another set of button clicks. Overall a good kettle but somewhat annoying interface.

The media could not be loaded. This item heats really fast. Controls are easy to use but a little finicky. I have issues getting it to mute sound. Manufacturer is sending me a replacement via Amazon.I received replacement March 7, 2023. The mute function works great. This Kettle pours great. It is perfect electric Kettle. Kettle is on par with Fellows Stagg and Corvo kettles. Would like to see an automatic shut-off because after keep warm time expires not sure if it eventually turns off.Update 2, Mar 19, 2023 it appears the kettle does stop heating 1) when keep warm setting not enabled 2) if keep warm time expires. However, base continues to show temperature as it decreases. Not sure how long it takes until base stops showing temperature but booklet states there is an automatic shut-off. I can't praise this kettle enough but do wish the outside didn't get hot to prevent accidental burns.

This is great for my pour over coffee! 5 stars. BUT it turned out to be perfect for just gently warm water for a neti pot. Can set it low at 105 AND keep it there for up to several hours. Game changer compared to the old fashion 'boil only' kettles. Turn off the beeping and it stays off unless unplugged, then it turns back on. But turn it back off and it stays off again until unplugged or power outage resets it.

I got this kettle about 7 months ago. It worked okay for the first 6 months, but the digital display that shows the temperature no longer works. I can still get water to boil, but all of the other features are now nearly useless since I can't use the display to set temperatures properly or change the settings.Annoyances I've had with this product:- The display went out within 6 months... now I can boil water but I can't use any of the other features.- This kettle boils water quickly... only if it's set to 212F. If it is set to anything else, the kettle takes 5 times longer to get to temperature. I'm guessing it's because if it's set to boiling it just turns the heating element on the whole time until boiling is sensed. If it's set to anything else, it turns the heating element on, then turns off to check the temperature for several seconds and repeats this process over and over. With the heating element off for so long and so frequently it takes forever for it to get to temperature.- Every notch you turn the knob to set the temperature there is an unbearable beeping noise (unpleasant in the morning). No problem, you can go to the settings and turn this off, however there is no persistent memory on this. Right when you unplug the kettle it's settings get reset. So, you have to keep going into the settings to turn the volume off.- Don't pour too quickly, it'll start leaking. Hold it at just the right angle!My takeaway: I'm often drawn to buy things with all the bells and whistles like this. This kettle is more hassle than it's worth. I'm sticking to a simple water boiler from now on.

So far so good, I’ve had a few gooseneck tea kettles that haven’t quite worked out. This one seems really price so far, quieter than other ones I tried out and nice smooth design

We've owned this kettle for a year and have really enjoyed it. The granular temperature adjustment, smooth pour, and other features are useful and thoughtful. On the whole, I'd recommend.PROBLEM WITH KEEP WARM FEATURE: We've found a repeatable problem with the 'keep warm' feature on our kettle, however. It works fine holding the temperature and when putting it back with water near the same temperature. However, if refilled with cooler water (say, after pouring) our kettle goes to boil and cannot be stopped. It still boils if you change the temperature setting or turn it 'off' (press the dial down). The only way to stop it is to unplug it from the wall and let it rest several seconds for a hard reset. After that it works as usual. This has happened to us several times over the past year. After stopping it we often smell the heat of the electronics and recently the top of the plastic base deformed due to the heat.I believe this is due to some flaw in the programming. It is possible that it has been fixed in the past year, but it is an issue to be aware of if purchasing this kettle.

The diddling you have to do to heat the water would be okay if it would just do the job. Instead, it beeps urgently (you can turn it off), takes "pauses" while heating, and sometimes stops several degrees short of the temp preset you've chosen.We'll live with it until it croaks. It's a shame no one seems to make a one-button boiling pot that will last longer than nine months. Note with this product that while Ulalov has a "store" on Amazon, it offers no phone number or email address by which one might contact the company for warranty service.

I decided to ditch the coffee maker and join the pour over craze when my wife quit coffee and moved to the mushroom tea (I am not giving up my coffee!). This little thing is awesome! It heats up so quickly to the temp of your choosing by either picking the exact degree you want or use a preset which lists the kind of tee you are using or coffee temp. It also can hold the temp (must hit the hold button) if you don't use all the water in the pot. Easy to clean and attractive sitting on our tea/coffee station. I hope it has longevity because electronics seem to die sooner than they should. We will see!
