Philips Hue Lightstrip Extension v3 [1 m] White and Colour Ambiance Smart LED Kit (Works with Alexa, Google Assistant and Apple HomeKit)

This product has literally lit up our new kitchen and shone new light into the bedroom! Whilst I'm already a fan of Hue lighting, my foray into strip lighting has been enlightening to say the least! OK, last lighting pun. These aren't cheap, but they are quality. They do change a room and they are very flexible. We have hue lighting throughout the house now and our new kitchen was finished off with a flourish of Hue spotlights and striplights. Our friends never cease to be amazed when we ask Alexa to turn on the lights. Even in daylight they are bright enough to cast a colourful display on the wall and change the whole tone of a room. We have endless fun changing the colours and the feel of our home through these. Get them. You won't regret it.

Used this to extend my existing Hue lightstrip so that it matches the 4 sides of our oled tv. makes very pleasant viewing and adds to the interior. Looked for some advice online on how to cut the strips and bought some additional not-so, cheap connectors on Amazon. without cutting the strips connect really well. But i had to do some modest soldering to get it right. I’m not a proficient solderer but knew beforehand I had to do this. The pre applied sticky tape is pretty useless so i had to buy 2 rolls of no-more nails dual sided tape to properly apply the strip to the tv. All in all, a bit of hassle, but makes a great addition to our tv and expanding Hue system.

Picked up a white and colour ambience kit on a lightning deal a couple of months prior to getting this light strip plus and an extension strip. The strips are used to provide ambient light behind my TV. They do a fantastic job and are only let down with the not so sticky 3M backing, but having already known this from previous reviews I had four small 3M pads for the holding down the strip in the corners. The light output is strong enough and does a good job of matching up with the E27 bulbs u purchase beforehand. Together with harmony and Amazon echo it's a nicely integrated system.

These lightstrips are the one to buy if you have a high budget. They produce very bright colours which always makes the room look better. Much brighter than your average lightstrip. However you would expect it at such a high price. They also need a bridge in order to get the colours to change which is a negative. Would be great if you could do it from your phone without the bridge .

I have truly fallen in love, head over heels with this lighting. Great app, easy to use, can link it to Hive and Alexa for voice control too. Beautiful range of colours, none of which hurt my eyes, might be a bit pricey, hard to say really!

Lights are great but don’t stick on the back of a TV. Keep unsticking. Probably because of heat. Not ideal.

Love this product - easy to extend an existing run - fits seamlessly (as you'd expect). Adhesion was a bit patchy as my under-cabinet timer is a bit friable, so I'll be using secre-in & cable-tie fixings instead for a permanent fixture. Delighted with this extension strip

I wish Hue had much better options like you get don't he like of Govee and Olight Ostrip where you can creat flash patterns rather than the light need to be one solid colour.

Super produit, facile à configurer pour un rendu super. L’application iOS fait le job pour définir une ambiance sympa. Seul défaut ça coûte un peu cher car il faut rajouter le pont et puis un interrupteur pour les invités ou quand on n’a pas son smartphone sous la main. Merci aux prime days pour la réduction!

C'è poco da dire...la qualità la paghi si...ma indubbiamente ti restituisce tantissimo. Il mondo Philips Hue mi sta praticamente dando dipendenza, ho installato strisce led in quasi tutte le stanze, lampadine e accessori vari, come sensori e interruttori...tutto si configura con una semplicità disarmante e il risultato è sempre SUPER. La luminosità e la resa cromatica dei colori sia delle strisce led sia delle lampadine è ottima e assolutamente impossibile da paragonare con altre strisce led o lampadine più economiche. L'ecosistema è sempre gestito alla perfezione dall'hub e devo dire che non ho mai riscontrato in nessun caso perdite di segnale o ritardi tra i vari apparati. L'app è sicuramente ben realizzata e facile da gestire, peccato solo che mancano le scene dinamiche per animare le strisce led e le lampadine con effetti speciali, ma queste le potete trovare senza problemi con app terze parti. Che dire, assolutamente consigliate a chi vuole creare in casa un atmosfera unica per ogni occasione con il grande vantaggio di poter gestire tutto da remoto o con assistenti vocali quali Google e Alexa. Un solo avviso.....attenzione alla dipendenza da HUE........ACQUISTATELE E NON POTRETE TORNARE PIU' INDIETRO.

Este ha sido un complemento perfecto para el set de luces de HUE que ya tenemos montado en casa. Si tienes luces Philips HUE (con el bridge claro) y quieres completar la iluminación de una sala grande, como un salón en nuestro caso, este el complemento idóneo a tál efecto. La integración con el resto de luces es total. Se pueden crear diferentes ambientes en función del momento y la ocasión. A nosotros los 2 metros del kit inicial Lightstrip nos pareció insuficiente y ampliamos con 1 metro extra. Dicha ampliación es la cosa más sencilla del mundo porque este sistema viene preparado para añadir metros sin problema alguno. Por supuesto las posibilidades son enormes una vez integrado con el Homekit de Apple e IFTT. Nos ha sorprendido mucho cuanto es capaz de iluminar (tal vez cuente el hecho de que hemos comprado 3 metros y no solo 2) porque por el aspecto nunca se diría que da tanta luz. No sirven por si solas como iluminación de una estancia, pero sí como complemento a otras luces que ya se tengan. Por supuesto hablo de un salón grande, para habitaciones más pequeñas es probable que solo con este kit sirva. Un acierto por parte de Philips diversificar su juego de luces a diferentes formas de iluminación. En cuanto al precio, es elevado pero aprovechamos el Prime Day de Julio y los 3 metros nos costaron menos de 65 € (kit inicial y extensión de 1 metro extra) lo cual lo veo razonable. A ese precio seguro que se venderían muchas más unidades.

Ruban acheté pour venir éclairer un plan de travail de cuisine. Très facile a installer et a configurer, fonctionne aussi bien a l'aide du téléphone, de la télécommande Phillips ou de la voix avec Google assistant. L'adhésif tiens plutôt bien pour l'instant.
