Great airlocks for bungs in my wine demi johns and oak barrels. I like the new style as they are easier to clean out. They are also sturdier than the other types that used to break at the stem when trying to push them into the hole.

Works perfectly as intended. Kinda hard to get them seated into the grommet.

Just as described. Grommets may seem small at first but they easily stretch out around the airlocks. Me and a buddy used 1/2 drill bit to a food safe bucket lid and got a great seal using them. Airlocks are large compared to my other ones but it's a non-issue for me.

Great air locks. I had trouble cutting holes in my buckets for them but thats not an airlock problem thats a me problem

Need the grommets for the Lowe's food grade pail, which for perfectly after drilling the hole, and more air locks for making more delicious mead. These are no frills, good quality, well formed, good price. Would buy again

This got a lot of good reviews, so maybe it's me. I drilled the hole the size instructed. The grommet fits in nicely. But I'm only able to get (just barely) the tip of the airlock into the grommet. It doesn't feel very secure, like even the slightest touch could knock the airlock out. Again, maybe it's me. Maybe that's how they're supposed to work. I've been brewing for 10 years. I've used airlocks in grommets holes plenty and they always pushed down in more securely. I don't want to drill the hole bigger because then the grommet won't fit - it could just fall straight thru.
