I bought these to give up vaping as I was as addicted to vapes as I was to cigarettes for 30 odd years before.This gum has really helped with the cravings.I have so far managed to stay off the vapes. Now I'm addicted to the gum but better than smoking and vaping for me so I'm happy!

This chewing gum works brilliant for me, combinating with the nicorette inhalator. I have given up smoking for three months. I was a heavy smoker (45-50 plus) a day. The constant thought of having something in your mouth was a constant battle for me... both these together have helped me to quit without the constant thought of smoking & eating. The flavour I love, admittedly the taste does not last as long as one would like however, you are left with the nicotine which is needed. I am glad I've found something that works for me.

I'm not a big smoker anyway, smoke maybe 2 or 3 a day because I'm so busy. However because of this I get bad nicotine withdrawals because I get so little of the drug, so I chew these while I'm in class at school and probably go through about 3 - 4 a day. Get rid of the headaches and give you a half decent nicotine buzz at the same time. However, it usually takes about 10 - 15 minutes to hit me, so make sure if you are trying to quit (which I'm not) you have these about 10 mins before your break or whatever which you would usually smoke on. They are also good for killing cravings, would definitely recommend, but they are a bit expensive :S

This is the gum that I find best for my needs. I havent smoked for well over a year and am now, I suppose, addicted to the gum. Actually I am now chewing some of the 4mg (1st thing in morning) but after lunch I then go onto the 2mg which is fine for me. So I suppose this is better than chewing 4mg all the time. It is wonderful to get it on the subscribe and save on Amazon, it means I get it at regular intervals and at a very good price.
