This door stop is really nice. It is easy to install and it functions great. I am very happy with this purchase as it has made life easier.

If your town is like ours.... your house must have an auto closing door going to the garage as a code requirement. I have no issues other than when loading or unloading it's a bit of a pain. For FOUR years I have been sticking a twelve pack of sodas against the door when we are unloading groceries' or whatever from the car into the house. The other day we were almost out of soda and the half empty box wouldn't hold the door open. Enough is enough! I did my research and settled on this item. I love that it is made in Europe. It is very high quality and has a template that you use to put on your door and then drill three small holes. Using a Phillips screwdriver or bit install the stop on the door. Took all of 10 minutes and that includes rounding up a drill, a bit and everything. The screws are not huge... I'm not even sure that you really have to drill pilot holes.... but I did because it was easy and I had the stuff to do it. It works perfect and holds the door securely. Just by it's heft and the way it operates it will be enjoyed by myself or whoever owns this home for years to come!

I installed these units on our metal doors, and right away I was impressed. Not only do they feel well built, but the install was also quite easy with the dummy proof mounting template included. We ordered 12 of them, and I would only say that I had one of the screws strip, but that I think is my fault, as I was drilling into stainless steel. I also reached out to the company for a product question, and was contacted the following day. This was also impressive. I was asking to see if they had any replacement rubber feet for replacement if needed down the road. Katrin told me that they were looking into offering that as available part in the near future. High praises from everyone that uses these at our office. Highly recommend!!

I have yet to install it but upon examination I can tell that the quality of construction is good, it is solid and operates smoothly. I don't anticipate any issues with it.

I've purchased a multitude of commercial door stops and holders and this is by far the most successful and sturdy one we've ever purchased. I highly recommend this product. You won't be disappointed. Just be sure to read the mounting instructions so the height is mounted properly.

Our garage entry door has auto-close hinges (which I am assuming is current code). I am also assuming that an armload of groceries, etc. weren’t driving that decision. This door stop is my work around and is doing a fabulous job so far. Installation was easy due to the included template for marking door. Precise (and we all know that not everything is). Even so, there’s also some built-in flexibility. Simple to lock into door open position (stays put) and easy to unlock, too.

Excellent quality. Very pleased with this doorstop. Two years after we purchased it, the rubber piece came off. The seller shipped out a replacement. A++ customer service.

This is a premium quality product which is very robust and is made of strong material. It comes with very easy and clear instructions so it is easy to to install, you just use the template and screw it on the door. The foot control is simple and it was easy for me to use and lock the door to the position I required. It is great if you are carrying heavy or large boxes and you need the door to stay open. It is perfect for the job.
