Excellent, strong, comfortable oven gloves. Great protection from heat. Washable and value for money.

A really sturdy and heatproof pair of oven gloves. These gloves are not very attractive, but,what they lack in style, they more than make up for in protection. They are really thick and easy to grip on to very hot cooking pans and trays.

I haven’t used them yet but are just like my old ones that I’ve been looking for. Seem good quality and arrived quickly.

I love this style of oven glove, truly protective and heat resistant, and the woven cotton is so strong. My previous pair has lasted years and years, finally got rather torn and worn out! I like the way I can keep one hand in and hold something in the other, then just slip my other hand in too. Excellent value as I expect to keep these for a decade!

I've bought these oven gloves a few times over the years. They are still the best ones, I can do find at a good price. The actual width of them is really good as I can hold a large oven roaster of 40cm wide x 36cm. The actual glove bits are well insulated with layers of the good thick cotton fabric. They are thick enough but still allow you to hold oven dishes and handles with care. They do machine wash very well and I always air dry them, often over the oven handle as the oven cools down. I have two pairs always in use and find, although used every day they do last for years. I'm very satisfied with the oven gloves and will continue to order in a few years time, please.

Call them old fashioned or Retro- but they really work. Many prettier versions arent insulated enough. These more than do the job and I think they look pretty good too. All our other failed purchases now in the bin ! To clean just soak in soda crystals then wash as norml
