This VTech bus is a fantastic toy that is both fun and educational for my young child. It is very sturdy and has survived being dropped many times. The buttons light up and play songs, letters, and numbers, which helps keep my child engaged and learning through play. The sound quality is clear and not too loud, which I really appreciate as a parent. It was also easy for little hands to hold and push around. The batteries have lasted a long time. It's a great gift that provides excellent value for the money.

This is the third of these I've bought. They have all become favourite toys of my grandkids.

I bought this for my great nephew. My grand daughter had one like it bought for her around about 2002. A number of years later I was looking after my grandson on a daily basis and this bus was his favourite toy for at least 2 years. By the time he started nursery he was able to read and count and mostly to do with his interaction with this toy. I would have given the bus I bought 5 stars but I was disappointed to realise that it did not make the animal noises anymore. The original bus made a cat noise for 'c', a dog noise for 'd', a pig noise for 'p' an owl noise for 'o', etc. It did not have an animal noise for every letter, but my grandson loved these noises best when he first played with it and we were able to ask him to make the noise of a certain animal and he would have learnt to differentiate between the symbols. It was then an easy transition to learn the alphabet sounds and move on from there. The noises on this bus seemed to be different tunes and I'm not sure they will be so memorable.

The VTech Playtime Bus has been a big hit with my 2-year-old! It’s colorful, interactive, and really keeps little hands busy. The phonics songs, alphabet sounds, and over 100 questions make learning letters and words fun rather than a chore. The buttons are easy for tiny fingers to press, and the sounds and music aren’t too loud or irritating. It’s also sturdy enough to survive normal toddler play. This toy combines learning and play perfectly — my child enjoys it, and I feel good knowing they’re practicing letters and phonics while having fun.

It's the best toy we found so far. My 22 month old already knows some letters and sounds thanks to this bus. There is a lot of content, it teaches letters, phonics, numbers, music and even some safety rules that my toddler loves to repeat. The challenge mode keeps testing his knowledge and you will get surprised by how much they learn from it! Pronunciation is clear and the applause sound makes my toddler very happy whenever he gets the right answer. Last, but not the least, it already survived a number of falls from the top of the high chair and still going strong. Wheels are running smoothly and it rides a good distance before stopping. It's a well designed and well built toy. I would only wish for some better nursery rhyme choices as there are some odd songs there while some basic ones are missing.
