Compatible With Lower Intake Manifold for Select Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram Variants OE Replace No.:05184199AF

I wanted to wait to review this because more things happen after install and I didn't want to have to come in and correct anything. This lower manifold has worked well on my 2012 Dodge Caravan CV. I had to replace the OEM one because a screw stripped out attaching the upper manifold, ...and I did use a torque wrench. In saying, whenever using these plastic parts, use a torque wrench. The heat of the motor breaks down the material and either makes it soft or brittle. By keeping torque spec you prolong the part.I had to remove the upper manifold again to replace the injectors a couple months later and it went together nicely and torqued to spec.

So this went on perfectly.. I did an oil cooler repair and my stock lower was leaking out of one of the injectors bosses and nothing would seal it. I ordered this and new orings for my injectors and did the installation in under 2hrs. Take your time torquing them down, the plastic isn’t like aluminum or cast iron and you have to go over them several times.Bonus is my fuel mileage is a little better and it has more power. This intake flows better, I really noticed it in the upper midrange. It just pulls better at highway speeds and runs 85 on 37s with 4:10s and a manual transmission with ease and Im averaging 15-16 mpg which is up from 12-14mpg.After a couple of months and things breaking in well, I am averaging 17.5 mpg.. Money well spent

This product was better than I expected and fit perfectly. Make sure this product has enough time to warm up if delivery is during cold weather. Also be sure to tighten to torque specifications.

So this fit nice. Could not be any better. Keep in mind we are technicians.

Found this lower manifold for my 17 wrangler and it took about 30 minutes to install. (Mechanical knowledge) and works flawless!!!

Replaced my old one on my 2012 Dodge Charger SE with the 3.6 VVT aka Pentastar. Like a glove. No issues and great quality

Solid product and feel better than OEM.That being said, it’s plastic. 2 of the holes the upper intake bolts into stripped and required jb weld+new tap. When this method eventually fails, because Pentastar and their lovely design requiring the removal of upper take to access anything, either helicoil or look at replacing with aluminum upgrade

Fit perfect on my Jeep Wrangler, not too hard to install if you have previous experience.
