Is this suitable to keep the tops of kitchen cabinets clean and grease free

I just used it for cooking in the oven which kept food non stick, the grease was on top of the paper when heated the paper stays together but becomes brittle. I suppose you could use it in your cabinets for a layer of protection I don’t think it would be good for your kitchen worktop. You could roll pastry on it and it would not stick
