Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Extract 118Ml (Organic)

This is my favorite vanilla and one I can't always find in my local stores. I was quite pleased when the organic version was sent to me in my recent order - I do try to buy organic whenever possible. While more expensive than the synthetics, it is worth every penny in the end results of what you bake. You will definitely taste the difference.

excellent quality. Used 2tsp whwn making 3lb if fondent. Gave a lovely flavour and didn't taint the white so much that you would notice it. Used in butter cream it gives a lovely flavour too. So many uses.

Love this vanilla extract, it tastes more authentic than any others I've tried and not at all chemically. As well as for baking, I use it in my morning coffee, smoothies and in porridge to reduce the need for sugar.

This essence is a good for flavouring deserts but the opening is way to wide to be used as a pouring spout. It would be far more useful if, instead of a cap, there was a drop dispenser.

Great aroma, taste, and aftertaste. It's both more powerful and more elegant than the regular Nielsen-Massey vanilla extract. I will buy this again.

Tastes very strongly of alcohol I find that overpowers . Be great in cakes I tried in raw smoothies didn't like the alcohol taste comming through will stick to powdered vanilla for those and raw but milk and only use this in heated foods

Have ordered this before. It has a very pleasant flavour so a little goes a long way,it may seem a lot for the bottle it does works out as extremely good value.Will be purchasing this again when required.

Has Ethanol as an ingredient would not of bought if i knew this. if you a looking for a healthy vanilla extract stay clear of this.

If you use vanilla extract, you must use this one. All others are imposters.

This is the real thing! Pricey but worth it. Great flavor and aroma, it's been my favorite vanilla for a long time. Use it in baking, whipping cream, matcha latte, homemade almond milk

Per me il miglio estratto di vaniglia: aroma calibrato, intenso ma non stucchevole, e non sa di "artificiale". Indicato per tutti gli usi, ovviamente è perfetto nei dolci, dai biscotti alle cheesecake. Non è necessario abbondare nelle dosi, perchè un cucchiaino dona un fantastico aroma di vaniglia a ca. 1/2 kg di impasto per biscotti. Lo consiglio a chiunque!

Vraiment déçue. Il n'y a aucune bille de vanille dedans. Et pratiquement que de l'ethanol. L'odeur en est très forte quand on ouvre le flacon. J'en ai mis dans une préparation chantilly. .. aucun goût. ..
