Taste takes a minute to get used to but it’s fine when added to coffee. I have definitely noticed a difference in my cognitive function: I have fibromyalgia and suffer with brain fog, I think a lot clearer and don’t have as many bad days. It’s absolutely boosted my immune system too. I have been taking this since November, my kids, husband, mum and dad have all had cough and cold bugs that have been really nasty; and so far I am the only one that hasn’t caught any of the various bugs I have had around me. I was usually the first to go down with something the kids brought back from school and this is the only thing I have changed in the last few months. Really happy with the results and will carry on with it as part of my daily routine.

The Indigo Herbs Super Mushroom Complex has a lot of positives and negatives. To start with what I didn't like and could be improved, I disliked the taste of the product, finding it unpleasant even when mixed into hot drinks. I found I had to mask the flavour by adding it to cold meals and drinks in order to render it palatable. Also, the seal on the packaging is difficult to reseal between usages, so I ended up decanting this into a separate container to keep it fresh and stop it from spilling.What I did like was the high quality of the ingredients and the fact that the ingredient list is clear and simple, with no additives. It's difficult to be sure if the powder has made an appreciable difference to my health, although there is a claim that the supplement helps boost the immune system and I did go through a period of time where I managed to avoid all the colds and sniffles that everyone else at work was suffering through, so I have to ascribe some of that success to this product.

This is an amazing product. noticeable difference to mind power/ brain energy and speed/ memory.Bit overpriced, I guess because of the Cordiceps but pretty much worth it, just wish i could afford to keep buying it really.
