This rocket was awesome for 6 launches . After that .!It never worked again . It took the initial charge out of the box . The kids got 6 really good launches out of it . Goes really high . Out of site . But never worked again . Had about minutes of fun . But I must say. It was pretty awesome when it worked worked as advertised on box . Really hits 200’. Update! After contacting seller ! They are replacing the item with no problem. Thanks Liclean

Very disappointed in this rocket. The parachute is very flimsy and broke after only a couple of uses. Tried to fix it but the cloth is so flimsy and the holes did not have anything like grommets to keep it from tearing. My one and a half year old grandson is sad cause the rocket broke. Do not buy this!!!!!Update: customer service contacted me and sent a replacement right away. This is good customer service

Great toy, only please watch for surroundings!!! First stuck on the roof of 10 story building, had to buy 2nd one to calm down my son.

This thing is amazing. Pretty sure I'm having as much fun with it as my four year-old. It goes pretty high, so if it's at all breezy outside I suggest launching from the center of a large field.So far we've struggled to get the parachute to really deploy properly, but the rocket is light enough that it hasn't been damaged on any of its several hard landings. Still, would be great if they could sort the parachute out a bit, at the minimum make it so the strings don't come detached from the chute nearly so easily.We had a bit of trouble keeping the base steady while launching so next time I may bring some cheap tent stakes for it or even attach it to a wider piece of plywood or something to give it some stability. I can't imagine it'd do much damage to someone, but still not comfortable having our faces right next to it during launch.All-in-all, this was an awesome toy and really happy I came across it right be fore Xmas! My kids are 4 and 6 and they both loved it, as did my wife and I.

My son loves the rocket! The customer service through What’s up app was very responsive and shipped a missing propellor in record time!

We got our son this for Easter, he loved it’s played with it a couple times and the parachute started coming loose from the strings and we would have to put the parachute back on. I emailed customer support and they sent a brand new rocket! This rocket is so fun to see at night with the lights.

Great show! Simple and indestructible, kids from 8 to 80 (like me) will love it. Setting up and launching is easy. Make sure not to launch near trees or roofs—the parachute may become entangled in them.

Amazing concept but I wish it was made with a better durable and strong material.
