– Precision D-Mannose 500mg 90 Capsules - 100% Pure Natural Form

I've been on these, at the label's advice, at 3 a day for about 6 weeks now. They have no taste, plastic enclosed, easiest things in the world to swallow. So far, no UTI. It's maybe too soon to know. I have been getting cystitis since I was 9 years old. 38 years. My earliest memory of it is running crying to the school office, in primary 6, asking to go home because I was sure I must have drunken something with broken glass in it, and that's what I'd just peed out. I bought these after one miserable Friday night, about 6 weeks ago. I had planned to put on nice Jeans and high heels and head round to my fiancee's house. Instead, by Friday morning, a sharp painful uti made its presence felt. By night I'd cancelled my man, and was sitting on a plastic stool in my kitchen, running up and down the stairs every 6 minutes, severe stinging urge incontinence, nearly jumping off the toilet, pyjama bottoms soaking and strong smelling. Drinking pint after pint of water in a hopeless attempt to flush it out, taking copious amounts of the strongest painkillers you can buy. It's so demoralising. In a miserable attempt to help myself, and maybe avoid yet more antibiotics, I looked up NHS section on water infections. There I found the recommendation for D-Mannose. I wouldn't have trusted any other site. I headed straight to Amazon to look it up. The reviews had me in tears. "Life changing". I had to try. I'm a widowed single mother of teenagers so I've never any money. £11 for 3 months isn't bad though. I'm halfway through box 2. I've had no infections since. Once or twice I've felt something when I've sat down to pee and have gritted my teeth and braced myself for the sting but there's been nothing. The relief is incredible. After putting up with this for nearly 40 years, I am still sceptical. I lived in fear of UTIs, they dominated my existence. Since I've started these, I feel great. I feel confident. If I get another UTI, I will update.

I’ve suffered from recurring uti’s for years and had reached the point where I was on a permanent dose of antibiotics and feeling pretty miserable. I came across D Mannose whilst researching what on earth I could try to help my situation over and above the things we all know about like drinking lots and avoiding sugary drinks etc. Based on the great reviews and the fact I was desperate I decided to try them. At the point I started I could feel an infection coming on so I took 3 tablets 3 times a day for 3 days. The infection never materialised and the symptoms disappeared. What joy. I decided to reduce the dose over the next three days and now take just three tablets in a morning and I’ve stopped taking any antibiotics. It’s been a few weeks now with no infection. The way I take these is to swallow them with half a glass of water and then wait 45 mins to an hour and drink loads. That way the D Mannose sugar has time to stick to the bacteria and then you flush it away by drinking a few glasses of water. These tablets have changed my life. I know that if you are taking 9 a day it seems expensive but you should only need to do this for a short while. You do have to remember that this only works for Ecoli infections. I’m also not saying they will work for everyone but they are certainly worth a try if you are as miserable as I was. I also like the fact that these are produced in the UK to British standards according to the manufacturer. I’ve just ordered 3 more packs and will always make sure I have them in. I suppose you could always check with your GP before trying D Mannose. I hope they work as well for you as they have for me. Further update. Before taking these I’ve never gone longer than 6 weeks without an infection. I’m now nearly 10 weeks down the line and infection free. What joy! Yet another update..I eventually stopped taking these after I hadn’t had an infection for a year. I then went about six months without any problems. I’ve now had three infections 6 weeks apart so I’ve gone back on them. I already feel more comfortable and am super hopeful that they will do the same as they always have.

So far so good, they seem to be working. I will definitely be reordering. Easy to swallow and no after taste.

I've suffered with recurrent UTI's for over two years now, with a permanent twinge that remained after each infection was "treated". I've always tried to go the natural route and antibiotics were always a last resort. My most recent infect started to peer it's ugly head around the corner a week ago today (Wed). I rushed to the natural health shop and bought the usual unsweetened cranberry juice, homeopathic drops and Cystisis relief powders from boots in a desperate attempt control the beast. It started to work, but by Friday I could feel it returning, even worse. At this stage I was at work and couldn't have made a doctor's appointment, come the evening I was starting to panic, I searched high and low on the internet trying to find a natural remedy- I assumed I'd tried everything. Then I found the NHS page on UTI's and right at the bottom was a tiny mention of D-Mannose. Frantically I searched for this magical supplement. Apprehensively I read all the reviews (99.9% were amazing) and decided to order with next-day-delivery. I eagerly waited for their arrival in between urgent dashes to the loo. They eventually arrived and I started taking them immediately. They didn't seem to work any immediate miracles, but being a natural product I decided to be patient, and a good sign was that the UTI wasn't getting any worse. I started to feel it properly subsiding about 48hrs later, and now, 4 days on it feels as though it is almost completely gone. I was taking 3 tabs every 5 hours and drinking loads of water and will continue to do so for the next few days before reducing the dose. I've ordered more and will continue to take them as a daily supplement to (hopefully) keep these nasties at bay and (fingers-crossed) sort out the ugly twinge. Buy it!

I have been suffering really badly with UTIs my whole life but this year it really flared up. Since this time last year I’ve probably had about 10-12 UTIs. I was so sick and tired of the anxiety when you get that niggly feeling, forcing myself into work, backwards and forwards to the dr who just fobs you off with antibiotics. It was just not the solution I wanted. Drs offered me a low dose of antibiotics to take for 3 months and also to take one after sex. I didn’t want to become resistant to antibiotics, at this point it was probably going to happen due to the amount I was taking. I scoured the internet and found this and THANK GOD I did! It has changed my life. I was really skeptical to begin with, even after reading all of the reviews. But I had absolutely nothing to lose. When the tablets arrived I felt like I was beginning to get one so I took three tablets every 3-4 hours for a day (it sounds a lot but it’s okay). Next day, was so gone. I then continued to take 3 tablets in the morning and 3 at night, and 3 after sex. I’ve now lowered my dose and take 3 a day as a precaution. I now haven’t had a UTI for 4 weeks!!!!!! It’s also done wonders for my mental health and love life. I mean who wants to be anxious about getting a UTI before you have sex? Mood killer. Would genuinely recommend this product to anyone. Not only is it a miracle, it comes very quickly and the package is easy for storage.

I was having urinary issues which peaked at a certain point, and was given nitrofurantoin for 7 days, which did not change anything. I took D-Mannose for 2-3 days and a couple days after that I felt a lot better. I do not know if this is coincidence or if the product actually worked, but there have been a couple of research articles that have accounted for its validity. It is generally considered to work better than no treatment, but not as good as antibiotics. In all fairness, there are not enough studies to understand its effects, so I would say that it's worth the try, and if it doesn't work for you, try something else.
