Utterly Fabulous
Absolute perfection. No other way to say it. Big, heavy, steel wok that cooks wonderful meals. It gets hot and holds heat as it cooks. I use metal spoons and it behaves as a nonstick pan. It has a second handle to help with lifting. Great for deep frying.

excellent build quality and size (12")
I have never submitted a review but feel that this wok really deserves one. The build quality is fantastic and it is proper non stick, you can really use less oil. It washes very well in the dishwasher and I don't think it will degrade that much in doing this, which can be a problem for other items. The size is perfect and I only when for the medium 12" which is perfect for 2/3 people. This feels like a much more expensive item ! The heat is very even across the wok (watch the bubbles lol).Just with any wok remember that the because the wok is thin you need to use less heat so never set it to max on your hob 3/4 is more than enough and please don't let it sit too long without oil in it or your could damage it at extreme heat. If you are unsure on this then take the chance you will be delighted ! just read through the reviews. Due the quality of this wok I have started buying other master class products (i.e baking tray) and they all seem like professional quality products at fair prices.

Perfect wok, used weekly for two years and still going strong
I have tried many woks, including some from Amazon. They all start out great but over time things go wrong - non-stick coating comes off or just stops being non-stick being the main issues. So before going for a wok that requires seasoning I decided to give this one a try, and also wait before writing a review. So having used it quite frequently for six weeks, it is still the same as when it first arrived. Non stick still in place, all working fine. Heats up very quickly, although I am using a 3.3kw wok burner ... but still, much quicker than a standard frying pan. Meat flash-fries almost instantly, everything else perfect too. The wok itself is very sturdily built, and therefore a bit on the heavy side. Also as the handle is metal, I have found if I don't have the wok centred on the burner the handle can heat up, but that's easily solved by having the wok in the correct place on the gas hob It does say dishwasher safe, but I wash it with warm/hot water only and pad dry with a towel. Hoping it stays like this for many stir-fries to come. >> UPDATE << It's been TWO YEARS and the wok is in the same condition I bought it in, completely non-stick. It has been used (and possibly abused) on a weekly basis, including cooking Vietnamese Caramel Ginger Chicken, a dish that had rendered one of my previous woks useless. Furthermore I now use it on a proper 7kw wok burner. So I would normally say "I would buy this again" ... except I won't need to. Cannot recommend this highly enough. >> UPDATE 2 (Jan 2017) << It's still with me, still as good as new. I cooked some Vietnamese orange chicken with lemongrass and posted some pictures.

Well built, good materials, handle might get warm.
Heavy, quality materials and good construction quality, heat is distributed evenly and there's no "cold spots" at the base of the pan, which results in an even stir frying of both veggies and meat products alike. Cools down quite quickly and even when using a hard pair of chopsticks the coating doesn't to scratch, clean-up is quite easy, the rounded shape and the non-stick coating help a lot and it just needs a light scrub after being used. Handle gets warm after about 15 minutes of constant heating and usage. I also recommend following the instructions properly and coating the inside with a thin coat of vegetable or sunflower oil to prolong the wok's life.

Best wok I have used
I cook a lot of oriental good and thus have used many woks before including the traditional carbon steel, cast iron ones, or the more modern teflon versions; some were quite expensive. This Master Class wok is the best one I have come across. The non-stick surface works better than other common coated versions; it is amazingly truly non-stick even when the food was slightly burnt. Initially I read review about it being heavy. I didn't mind it so much as a good wok normally weighs a bit. Now holding it in the hand, it is not as heavy as I thought - lighter than my 28cm stainless steel sauté pan. Another pleasant surprise is that it is actually quite thin, meaning that it gets heated up very quickly (and a good wok should do). Some other heavy duty woks I tried usually took a long time to heat up but this one functions more or less like a authentic oriental wok. The product description states that it is OK to use metal utensil on the surface, which is quite a nice surprise. I haven't quite challenged it with a metal turner yet but the surface does look stronger as it doesn't seem to be a mere layer of coating. Whatever material or process they used in making this wok seems to have achieved very good results. So far happy, hope it withstands the test of time. Am not considering buying the 24cm version as well.

Amazing. Just wok I always wanted!
I purchased this wok over two and a half years ago and it still looks like new. It's used at least twice a week every week. All I can say is OUTSTANDING QUALITY! After reading the reviews I decided to go ahead and purchase this wok.Best decision I ever made! Having only ever used cheap supermarket variations I thought it was time to spend just a shade more on what appeared to be a good product. It arrived as promised and was packaged well if not a little excessive (the box was huge)!! Upon first inspection I thought it may be too large for my families needs but it wasn't. We have cooked stir fry, curry, chilli and a whole lot more and have been amazed by the quality. Some reviews have stated that the handle gets hot but I would say it gets no warmer than any other pan with a metal handle. Others said that this wok is heavy but in my opinion it feels like quality and with it's extra handle it can be lifted with ease. Unlike some other woks on the market there's no need to prime this one, you can use it straight from the box and cleaning is a breeze. Warm soapy water is all you need. It cleans first time every time. My only regret is that I didn't find this wok years ago.

Best wok I've ever owned - simple as that.
I've always been a stir fry freak. I've gone through a lot of woks, maybe 30, in my life. Steel ones, non-stock ones, I've seasoned them, I've burned them, I've dropped them and I've used them until they fall apart. This wok is the daddy of all woks. Others have mentioned it's heavy, but I'd describe it as reassuringly sturdy. I'm not a strong woman and I can manage it. And it is of professional quality, for a bargain price. The non-stock is the type that doesn't peel off and the handle is hollow so it will not only stay cool on the hob, but it can take being put in the oven too. It is shaped beautifully, large enough to accept a lot of food, but conversely I cook for just myself in it every lunchtime. If you're dithering, don't. Buy it.

Excellent product
have been using it for a few months now, as good as the first day., this replaced my previous two ceramic ones which went sticky after a few months. It is heavy, but it is big and good, and actually the weight is good and keeps it in place and allows me to use two wooden spoons to mix, but if you are into tossing your veg mix while cooking, you need strong arms! I used it last night and thought what a good product and i have to update my review! It is 2 years on now (november 2016) still going strong. I have been using it once a week at least, for 2 years, still looks as new with not a single scratch! Mind you i am a very careful user, never used metal utensils in it and have cleaned and washed it with hand every time (too big to go in the dishwasher!).
