Like many other reviews - the first time I used this spray gun the water just dribbled out. Had no pressure whatsoever - completely useless. Before returning the item for a refund I checked my hose connections. The Hoselock end stop connector on the end of my hose pipe was almost completely stopping the water flow. Changed the end stop connector to a straight through connector and the spray gun now works fantastically. Great pressure - good bit of kit. Very highly recommended. If you encounter the same problem with water pressure from this device I suggest you first check your connectors.

Really well made and sturdy, unlike the other trigger types where the trigger breaks at the hinge. With this its press for on, press again for off, or use the lever at the top, quite a wide knozel though so you will need good pressure.

Looking for a good quality spray gun that will last. Hopefully this is the one but too early to say.

I purchased this to replace a hozelock spray head that over time had become brittle and leaked due to the plastic degrading in sunlight. My initial impression was that this is a solid and well made item but as the weather was poor, I didn't use it for a month or so. On connecting it to the hose, it felt great and did everything I wanted. However after a couple of uses, it was already starting to look marked on the black plastic and metal nozzle. I also noticed that the yellow pressure control bar had cracked and a small piece had come off. Not enough to prevent me using it but a concern all the same. I reported to Amazon and a replacement was received the following day and the original returned so all good. So far the replacement is behaving but it's still a concern that even now, it is starting to show marks just from normal use and coiling the hose up. I wonder if a plastic with a softer feel may prevent the marking? Something for Karcher to consider. At this point I want to recommend this product but cant due to the initial issues and marking but time will tell. Update 29/10/23 So I'm sorry to say, as expected, the yellow plastic adjustment lever has broken in half. no bangs or drops, just normal use of uncoiling and coiling the hose. I can still use it but cannot adjust the pressure. As it's coming onto winter, it's likely I wont need it that much but will have to consider a replacement in Spring. I dont think it will be a re order but will be something different!

Seems pretty solid for the price point, beats the super plastic hoze gun alternative. The trigger can be lightly pressed for a quick zap, but it's actually a pull trigger for On then pull trigger again for Off so no need to hold. Simply twisting the nozzle gives your standard spray to jet setting. Feels more solid than others I've seen, and it's minimalist, I'm quite pleased with it and I hope hopefully it lasts longer than my previous hoze gun,L.

I have just taken delivery of this new spray gun and on first use I'm suitably impressed. Even though it's sturdily made, it's not heavy and feels well balance in the hand. The click on/click off trigger is a nice touch, meaning you can use for prolonged periods without 'trigger ache' in the fingers. My favourite feature is the thumb control for adjusting the rate of water flow. It is easy to use, even with my small hands, and controls from a mere trickle up to a powerful jet. The nozzle rotates easily to adjust the spray pattern from 'wide rain' to a powerful jet. The final feature is a rotatable head so that the trigger is either operated by the fingers or the heel of the thumb. This is obviously for people with dexterity issues, but when in the rear facing position the trigger is easy to press whilst operating the thumb adjuster. This is a small issue and doesn't warrant dropping from 5 stars. I would recommend this purchase on my initial observations, however, I'll add an addendum to this review after it's had heavy use over the summer months.

Big price for a poor washer gun,low pressure when on main jet,better power from their cheapest one
