First off , I am such a gadget person ! I always have to get the latest , coolest gadget, well not all but stuff that seems cool to me.My whole entire life I have slept with a nightlight because I don’t like being in complete darkness where I can’t see what’s around me, so I was in The need for a new nte light and while browsing Amazon I came across this interesting projection moon . II must say that any projection alarm clocks or projection wall and ceiling type night lights I have had before were just uninteresting and within a week just gave away or put somewhere in the back of the closet to collect dust , but this one is different. This is the real moon ! And it’s BEAUTIFUL! The pictures don’t really do it justice as it’s much better looking in person . Has 3 diff color settings and all of them are nice and very realistic. I have never really looked at the moon closely before I had this and now I just love looking up at the moon on my ceiling at night . It’s so relaxing and beautiful. Kudos to the makers /maker of this light because it’s really lovely and made well . yes the legs of it are a little flimsy but I can understand that to keep the cost down to be affordable sometimes you have to budget on some parts and that’s A OK with me because I prob wouldn’t have even considered purchasing this if it were overpriced, but lucky for me the price was perfect for what it is . Also this projection moon can have so many uses like Halloween , theatre and much more! I am going to do some kind of display come Halloween season . I definitely recommend this beautiful moon to All ! You won’t be disappointed! 5 stars for me .. hope my review was helpful.

This light projects a beautiful moon onto the ceiling. The moon is detailed too.

The stars around it are NOT part of this projection, they are from my star projector. 3rd is to show the brightest setting.I first bought a different version, which I am returning so I can use this one instead. I like that with this one it can be changed into 3 colors- all which are natural colors you actually see the moon in at different times! I attempted to take photos of the colors but my phone made them all look the same color, which they do not in real life.My main concern was that with my 1st, it was only crazy bright! This one allows an amazing amount of light adjustment. You can go quite bright, down to so dim that you can see the moon but not have additional light in the surrounding area of the room. Very helpful when trying to sleep, as someone who is sensitive to light but also wants a moon to look at when my eyes are open.The clarity is nice, too. And the price is even better than my last, despite this one having many more features!Easy to use. Just plug and click. Buttons are easy to understand.My only issue with this one is that the part the light comes off of (the stalk area that bends) is shorter than my previous one. There is no way to adjust the size of the projection without moving it closer or farther away from the area you want it projected on. So, on my bedside table (the only place I can currently set it other than the floor) the moon is rather huge. My table top stands at 2 feet high, and at this height (with the moon directly above on the ceiling) the moon is just shy of 3 feet across. Larger than I would like. That is the only reason it's gotten 4 stars instead of 5.I can't speak to longevity of the item because I've only just started using it today, but I hope it'll lady a long time! It seems like it's good quality. The legs that it stands on are plastic, but so are all of the others for sale.

Super crisp, realistic visual. My toddlers love everything moon and galaxy related. When I set up this light in their bedroom, they were thrilled. It was like bringing the moon to them.

This would make for an excellent night light in an otherwise pitch-black room, but if you're hoping to see a clear moon in a space with even a SMALL amount of ambient light, you're going to be disappointed - even at its brightest setting. Good value for the price, but did not meet our expectations.

Works great as a night light in my 22-month-old grandson's bedroom. My only complaint is that the image of the moon is reversed, but I am probably the only person who notices that.
