drinkstuff 04533/80 German 2 Pint Glass Beer Tankards

Sturdy, but a bit heavy. I should order smaller one (my bad). But overall its great product.

Bought this as a Birthday present for my younger brother for his 17th, (so should get more official use next year) as for now it's mainly used for massive drinks of squash which leads to less trips to the kitchen. Laziness in essence. The design is big, chunky and heavy, and gets significantly more so when full. So much so that you would fear more for denting the floor than damage to the tankard itself. It is very tall and you would have trouble fitting it in the dishwasher in the intended glass section, however it is easy enough to hand wash as the opening is so large. It also has a dimpled effect across the glass face which looks nice!

This huge glass lets you fully appreciate the aroma of your beer thus improving the flavour. It saves you money as it's quite heavy so drinking beer can provide a workout thereby saving gym fees (best to swap arms part way through for a balanced physique). Also it's cheaper than the 500ml version. The large capacity also means no worries about the beer head spilling over (and a large head may help with the flavour). I love it. Probably it can even be used for non-beer drinks though I haven't tried that yet.

Bought for my son's 18th as he's always drinking lots of water and juice. He loves it's size and the fact he doesn't have to keep refilling it constantly. Really solid and beautiful too.

Al tomarla en la mano, se nota la calidad y su diseño cuidado. Se maneja perfectamente por su asa de dimensiones apropiadas. El contenido de 1 Litro está muy bien aunque no sea necesario llenarla toda. Una cosa que me ha sorprendido es que la jarra (después de ser enfriada en el congelador), conserva la cerveza fría durante mucho tiempo. Por éso se nota la calidad del vidrio grueso. En Alemania, éste modelo concreto, es muy común en las cervecerías. Muy recomendable. Reedito para reafirmarme en la calidad. Hemos comprado varias unidades más. Recomendable 100%

che c'e' da dire...e' un boccale... beh ora che ci penso, posso dire che funziona benissimo: contiene i liquidi, non ha falle, tranne un foro sul lato superiore di grandi dimensioni; credo sia stato fatto intenzionalmente, per poter bere immagino (ma non posso dirlo con certezza). Ho provato a metterci della birra, e devo dire che dopo averla scolata in effetti si puo' riutilizzare* ogni volta che si vuole! Ottimo acquisto. * il boccale intendo. Riutilizzare la birra e' una pessima idea
